We have visited South Carolina from Washington state twice this year and have dined at Magnolia once per visit. We highly recommend this place as their food is scrumptious and priced very well. The restaurant is also immaculate and the customer service is always excellent. I look forward to visiting again when we return to SC.

What a wonderful little place!! Tucked in a small strip shopping center, Magnolia offers to go and dining in options, with the seating equally split between hybrid booths (bench on one side, chairs on the other), tables - equally split between 4 tops and 2 tops, and extra seating at the coffee bar. Service is attentive without being intrusive, ingredients are fresh, and portions are generous without being wasteful. A perfectly sized menu with several options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and all of your usual coffee offerings; with a few surprising but pleasant flavors such as caramel apple butter and tiramisu. The atmosphere is laid back and inviting, with background music that is noticeable during the quiet moments, but allows for normal conversation. Stopped by on a whim, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the time spent there. We will definitely be back to partake in more of Magnolia's offerings as well as trying the other restaurants neighboring them.
Magnolia Coffee is such a gem for a quick and delicious breakfast. I ordered both the Avocado Toast and the Mushroom Toast, and they were cooked to perfection. The toast itself was crisp yet soft, topped with sunny side up eggs that were perfectly drippy and juicy. The avocado was incredibly fresh, and I loved the subtle smear of mayonnaise that gave the dish a savory balance without overpowering it. The Mushroom Toast was just as impressive, layered with grilled onions and hearty, flavorful mushrooms that made every bite so satisfying. Pairing it with one of their freshly made lattes completed the experience. The atmosphere here is chill, relaxed, and cute, perfect for starting the day on the right note. Highly recommend Magnolia Cafe for anyone looking for a tasty, well-prepared breakfast.
What time you get open? I am here at front of the building, place looks abandoned 7:05 am Well I decided to stop by later on and try it. It’s really good. Portions are more than generous and it tastes great.
My family and I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is so chill and relaxing, the staff is so friendly. The lattes are amazing and the food is always so delicious and fresh. I grew up in san diego and to me, it feels like a place I would go to in SD, so it's nice to have a place that feels like a piece of home. Its our new regular spot, go here and you'll be leaving full and happy
The only thing wrong with this place is the name…..because it is so much more than coffee. The food was amazing and the latte was perfect. And we were sat at the same time as three other large groups and they got our order out really fast. Trust a stranger and give this place a try. Very impressed
Magnolia Coffee is truly a gem! The owner, Maria, her daughter Soledad, and their entire team were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Maria graciously allowed me to host my birthday celebration there, closed the place down just for us, and personally took care of every detail. From the moment we arrived, the environment was warm and beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every single one of my guests was impressed and couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the place was. Maria and Soledad went completely out of their way to make everything perfect — they decorated beautifully and even created personalized menus, which made the experience feel so special and thoughtful. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded all expectations. I honestly can’t find enough words to describe how perfect everything was. If there were more than five stars to give, I would give them all without hesitation. Highly recommend Magnolia Coffee for any special occasion — you will not be disappointed!
We went there after the kids dentist appointment. Glad we chose it. It’s very clean and the waitress was very friendly. Of course the food was delicious and very fresh! The fruits were freshly cut. We had avocado toast, Nutella toast and a sandwich. We enjoyed our food so much!
